All orders are custom and made to order.
After your order is placed and all required information is received, please allow 1–4 business days for us to create your initial design draft. This timeframe applies to the first version of your custom design and does not include revision time, production, or shipping.
You will be notified once your design is ready for review.
Shipping Rates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Flat-rate shipping: $4.99 per order
- Free shipping: Orders over $100 ship free
From time to time, we may also offer free shipping promotions on all orders, which will be clearly indicated at checkout when available.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.Â
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times vary based on location and selected shipping method. Delivery estimates begin once your order has been finalized and shipped, not from the date the order is placed.
Please note that shipping carriers’ delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

When available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

While we make every effort to meet stated timelines, delays may occur due to high order volume, revisions, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will communicate if a significant delay arises.
